discharged from army June 7, 1865.  The discharge papers Thelma had
listed his unit as 11 Ill Inf. I double checked the National Archives They
list 111 Ill. There were 6 Charles Miner from Ill listed in the Union Army
from Ill.. I couldn't find Solomon , and was looked for Saron Miner in the
military records instead of  Aaron.   Fro Henry P.'s obituary we find that
one of Atwood's brothers died in the civil war. I don't know who I know it
wasen't AAron who lived till 1920. I did find that 2 of Lucy's brothers
were killed in the civil war, but have not found any killed at Vicksburg
unless some of the Kendalls or Burtons were killed there.
I couldn't find the other brothers listed in Ill. in 1860.

None of Henry P. Miners children are listed in the IGI or Ancestrial file of
the LDS church
LDS church number K 57934   Roll NO 0883654 lists births and
christening
Henry P. Miner christened 6 Sept. 1800 son of Mathew and Eliza Miner
serial no 01463-0
Heney died 27 June 1895 Albion Township Edwards Co. Illinois.
Probably the best guess as to when the family picture was made would
be 1890. Atwood age 55, Lucy Stanley age 50 Henry age 90 Catherine age
71. Who are the others?

From records submitted to the LDS church by Vie N. Nash,  Henry P. was
born 12 April 1799 in Vernon, Tolland Co. CT. which has proven to be
incorrect his obituary gives his birth as April 12 1800 Charleston SC,
and all census Henry listed SC as his birth place.
